Sound familiar?

Maybe you’ve been telling yourself…

“I’m always overthinking.”

“I don’t know why I can’t just move on.”

“I care too much about what other people think.”

“I keep putting everyone else first.”

“If people knew the real me, they wouldn’t like me.”

Areas of support

We may be a good fit if you are experiencing…

You may look capable on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in your own thoughts, hard on yourself, or carrying grief after a loss. You might also find that the same struggles keep showing up in your relationships, even when you understand where they come from.

You may know exactly where these patterns started and still find yourself people-pleasing, shutting down, feeling responsible for others, or repeating dynamics you thought you had outgrown.

This might look like complicated relationships with parents, guilt around setting boundaries, pressure to meet family expectations, or trying to separate what you want from what you were taught you should want.

You may be carrying the emotional weight of trying to conceive, IVF or other fertility treatments, miscarriage or pregnancy loss, or a traumatic birth. The cycle of hope and disappointment can bring grief, anxiety, shame, or a sense of disconnection from your body—feelings that are hard to explain to others, even as you carry on with everyday life.

Working together

What working together is like

Therapy with me isn’t about handing you answers. It’s a space to understand yourself more clearly, with curiosity instead of criticism, so the choices you make actually feel like your own.

Some sessions slow down to make room for feelings you’ve never felt able to express. Others focus on relationship patterns, family dynamics, perfectionism, or beliefs you’ve carried for years without questioning them. And sometimes we turn insight into action — a boundary, a hard decision, or the next meaningful step forward.

I hold compassion when you’re hurting, and, when you’re ready, a gentle challenge to what’s no longer serving you. Always at your pace, never according to a script — because therapy should fit you, not the other way around.

If this feels like the right place to begin, I’d love to hear from you.
